We kicked off the project with in-depth interviews and user research, involving stakeholders and teachers to understand their pain points and requirements. These sessions helped us align the platform’s goals with user needs.
The process was split into multiple phases:
Lean Inception and Prioritization: We facilitated Lean Inception workshops to define key objectives and align with stakeholders on the project’s direction.
Product Backlog Construction: After gathering insights, we created and prioritized a product backlog with essential features, focusing on usability and content accessibility.
Iterative Research, Ideation, and Testing: As we moved forward, we iterated on the design, conducting usability tests after each new feature or change to ensure the platform met user expectations. Regular user feedback helped refine and improve the interface.
